The MLC group formed ThreeSixty in July 1999, offering business management services to financial planning businesses, so that they could focus on doing what they do best – building relationships with their clients.

ThreeSixty forms part of Financial Planning and Third Party in the NAB's Wealth Management Division, one of Australia's largest providers of financial services. The NAB has assets in Australia, USA, Asia, United Kingdom and New Zealand and possesses a wealth of financial services expertise.
